
Starting (sometime) today, players will get to visit the Miracle-Gro farm, learn all about how great the product is--blah, blah, blah--and earn some nifty items for their farms in the process. A FarmVille branding event simply makes sense based on subject matter alone, but Zynga claims to have the statistical evidence to back it up.
According to a survey of FarmVille players conducted by Zynga, eight out of 10 players in the U.S. also enjoy gardening at home. The survey also found that over three quarters of players are interested in growing their own vegetables, fruits and flowers. We would have been fine with the simple "It Just Makes Sense" argument, but we'll take evidence any day.
