Based on the screen shots provided, it looks as if Gardens of Time on iPhone is the same experience as that on iPad, though still different from the Facebook offering. It almost goes without saying that decorative gardens return to this version in which players place various artifacts found during their (time) travels.
"Our fans have fallen in love with Gardens of Time on the iPad, spending almost an hour per session with the game," Disney Interactive Media Group SVP of social games John Spinale said in a release. "We're confident that Time Society members in search of an on-the-go diversion will find Gardens of Time to be the perfect iPhone companion." Players can expect challenges from their friends through Game Center and to compete for the most beautiful garden. This news follows the release of Playdom's second hidden-object game on Facebook, Blackwood & Bell Mysteries. Now with two hidden-object games (one of which being dang near everywhere), it's clear that Playdom is in it to win it against Zynga, which has the top game in the genre on Facebook.
