There are only seven items available thus far, but there are some available for coins, as well as City Cash, which makes this roundup pretty interesting.

Kiss & Tell Cottage (Home)

• Costs: 90,000 coins
• Population: 300 - 600
• Rent: 250 coins every 4 hours

Sweetheart Shack (Home)

• Costs: 40,000 coins
• Population: 220 - 430
• Rent: 94 coins every hour

Lovebird Abode (Home)

• Costs: 28 City Cash
• Population: 280 - 550
• Rent: 144 coins every 2 hours

Adoration Apartments (Home)

• Costs: 70 City Cash
• Population: 2,100 - 4,100
• Rent: 301 coins every 18 hours

House of Hugs (Home)

• Costs: 40 City Cash
• Population: 560 - 1,100
• Rent: 246 coins every 8 hours

Heart Balloons Vendor (Decorations)

• Costs: 10 City Cash
• Payout Bonus: 10% to surrounding homes and businesses; bonus 10% to Valentine's Day items

Tree of Trust (Decorations)

• Costs: 20,000 coins
• Payout Bonus: 6% to homes and businesses; bonus 6% to Valentine's items
