The New Year's celebration continues in CityVille this week via the launch of the Disco Ball Tower and its goal: "Get Down Tonight." This goal will see you expanding your city out to reach a new Disco Ball Tower so that your citizens can celebrate the New Year in one of the hottest (virtual) spots around!Get Down Tonight
- Expand to the Disco Ball Tower
- Ask for 18 Buckets of Bubbly
- Collect from 40 Winter Businesses
The Buckets of Bubbly can be earned by posting a general request to your news feed. If you post this request while playing on Zynga.com, you can earn the help of both friends and strangers alike. As for the Winter Businesses, these are items like the Frigid Frosties and Kringle Crafts shops, both of which can be purchased for coins. If you have businesses from previous years, like the Holiday Department Store, these also count, and you can find the full selection of qualifying businesses by clicking on the "Show Me" button in this goal window.
Finally, the Disco Ball Tower will be found one or more squares out from your town's current limits, depending on how much you've already expanded on your own. If you've already expanded to the full game board, you'll find this Disco Ball Tower in your inventory, but you might have to refresh the game to make it appear. Either way, you'll receive four Zoning Permits and 500 XP for completing this goal, which will likely only be available for a short while due to its winter theme. Good luck finishing it off!
