Social gaming giant Zynga's quiet time is officially over, and CEO Mark Pincus has taken that to heart, apparently. The founder of the 4-year-old multibillion-dollar company has even roped his mom and sisters into his first televised interview since the company was forced to go quiet in 2011 ahead of its initial public offering (IPO). That same unfortunate IPO will be a major talking point in Kate Snow's talk with Pincus, set to air on Rock Center with Brian Williams tonight at 10 p.m. EST.

Snow was given the full tour of the FarmVille maker's shiny new San Francisco headquarters before sitting down to talk with the man of the hour. But even before that, the NBC reporter spoke with Mrs. Pincus, or Momma Pincus, what have you. The CEO's mother said to Snow that Mark has always been a driven person and that there's no "middle ground" with him, that he was always driven to succeed. And that's certainly helped get him this far, despite an IPO that's not performing as well as the company would have hoped. We're sure we'll hear more about that and more tonight on Rock Center, but for now a sneak peek:
