It's time for another Halloween celebration in CityVille, and this year's event comes stocked with plenty of community buildings, homes, businesses and of course decorations for your town! If you've reached Level 10 in CityVille, you'll receive a new trio of Halloween "Saga" acts, each of which comes with three goals to complete. For now, only the first two goals of Act 1 are available, but we're here with a guide to help you finish it off, thanks to the folks at Zynga.Deadly Decor

- Upgrade Zombie Safe House to earn Ghost Population
- Increase Ghost Population by 3,500
Similar to last year's event, you'll be able to add a specific amount of Ghost citizens to your town. You can place a Zombie Safe House via this goal's menu. You'll need two Cloaks and two Oozes for the upgrade, which will turn the home from one that gives you 100 citizens to one that offers 70 Ghosts. To increase your Ghost Population further, you'll need to build Halloween themed community buildings and homes. When you complete this first goal, you'll receive Dracula's Carriage, but is a new kind of car that will start driving around your town's streets (it will not be in your inventory).
We're On the Scare!
- Upgrade Spectral TV to earn Ghost Population
- Collect 10 Transylvania Tourist Train Jobs
- Collect 25 Black Roses
The Black Roses are earned by collecting from Halloween themed residences. However, it can't be a residence from last year, unless that residence also offers Ghost Population. Meanwhile, building the Spectral TV Station requires you to gather 10 friends as staff in the building. From there, you'll need to complete a separate upgrade process by collecting four Ooze and four Cloaks. This gives you an allowance of 670 ghosts that can live in your town. Completing this second goal gives you 250 XP and five Zoning Permits.
