The wild man Ted in Pioneer Trail has fallen hard for Bess, and is looking to put down some permanent roots on your Homestead so that he can be near her. To do this, you'll be able to build the Animal Habitat, Ted's building that will allow you to grow an animal to an adult instantly, once every 12 hours. You'll be able to complete this building alongside a set of goals, but you'll need to be at least Level 14 to actually access them. Let's get started on our look at these goals, thanks to Zynga!

- Explore the Animal Habitat
- Gather 10 Animal Feed
Animal Feed is earned by harvesting pumpkins. You'll receive 200 XP, 450 Bess Devotion and a Crop Whisperer for completing this goal. The Bess Devotion points go to fill a new meter, which will eventually reward you with crates and animals as you fill it.
