When it comes to FarmVille, there's no question that you need fuel to farm your many plots (across your equally numerous farms), as clicking on each individual plot to harvest, plow and plant simply isn't any fun. And while there are already plenty of methods to earn fuel in your game, one surefire addition has been added to the game in the form of the Gas Pump. Once built and upgraded, you can use this Gas Pump to earn free Fuel every 48 hours. Here's how to do just that.You can have a Gas Pump on each of your individual farms, but all require building. The first stage requires you to collect 36 items: 12 Level Gauges, 12 Steel Sheets and 12 Fuel Pipes. As with other building projects, you can earn these items by asking your friends to send you the parts or by purchasing them with Farm Cash. As you level up your Gas Pump, it changes in shape and design and will also require more parts to upgrade to the next level. Making it from level 1 to 2, for instance, requires 16 of the above builfarding materials, rather than just 12 each.
As you build the Gas Pump, you'll also see the amount of Fuel you're rewarded with increase, up to five cans every 48 hours. Here's the rundown of free fuel availability:
- Stage 1: 0 Cans (unfortunately, that's accurate)
- Stage 2: 1 Fuel Can
- Stage 3: 2 Fuel Cans
- Stage 4: 5 Fuel Cans
Obviously, you'll want to upgrade as quickly as possible so that you can start receiving as many free fuel cans as possible to help your farms become more productive. Good luck earning all of these items from friends!
