Playdom comes out swinging this month as well with the most unlikely of social games, Marvel: Avengers Alliance in 25th place with 1.2 million daily players. DoubleDown Interactive also made the charts, but with its long-running DoubleDown Casino also tied for 21st place with 1.3 million daily players. As for the top of the charts, not much has changed aside from a few shifts.
The most notable shifts include King.com's Bubble Witch Saga climbing two spots to the number four spot with 6 million daily players, Angry Birds on Facebook jumping two spaces up to 12th place with 3 million daily players and the complete absence of Playdom's once-popular Gardens of Time from its 21st place spot last month.
It's easy to explain what's happening here: The biggest players in social gaming have been established, save for King.com's recent upsets to the charts. Frankly, we doubt we'll see many more wild changes for some time when it comes to new players. That said, we can always look forward to new games shaking things up. Who's next?
