The Jersey Shore's biggest star looks to keep riding this gaming wave. Developer Apps Genius announced that the next release in Nicole Polizzi's stable of social games will be a puzzle game. The Red Bank, New Jersey-based game maker has acquired the rights to a nameless puzzle game engine from another game studio to make the Snooki puzzler a reality."Having obtained the rights to this game, we intend to share it with 'Snooki' and modify it according to her input in order to make it her very own," Apps Genius CEO Adam Kotkin said in a release. "I am confident that all of "Snooki's" fans who enjoyed our previously released apps, 'Snooki's Match Game' and 'Snookify Me!' will find this new game, just as addictive and fun as those earlier apps."
Kotkin also said that this new game concept is thanks to several meet-ups the developer had while at this year's Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. So, there are likely more Snookified games in the works where that came from. Also, this is just third of eight games that Polizzi agreed to work on with Apps Genius. That said, who knows not only what this game will turn out to be, but five more. As long as we get a Snooki role-playing in which we can power up her bouffant, we're golden.
